● Export Agency Services
Upon receipt of a request from the Ajinomoto Group, we proceed as follows:
- Coordinating and managing delivery schedule from factory
- Reservation of shipping space
- SAP data entry and Preparation of required documents, including invoices, letters of credit, and animal quarantine.
● Export Operations
We primarily export products, raw materials and packaging to the overseas corporations of the Ajinomoto Group. To ensure the goods are safely delivered to the destinations by the due date, we are responsible for a range of issues, such as correspondence with overseas parties, coordination between suppliers and shippers, obtaining proper documentation and collecting payments.
● Import Operations
We primarily import seasonings and food products used by the Ajinomoto Group. We import goods with extra care to maintain quality. Keeping in mind that Japanese common sense may not the common sense of the world, we are always sensitive to the differences between Japan and other countries in our negotiations and arrangements with exporters. Also, we are aware of the importance of financial management in importation, and wealways make sure the management to be secure and effective.
