Description: Delta-like ligand 4 (DLL4) is a Notch receptor ligand that plays a key role in regulating cell fate decisions, particularly within the hematopoietic and immune systems. DLL4-Fc is a recombinant fusion protein consisting of the extracellular domain of DLL4 fused to the Fc region of human IgG, enabling stable immobilization and efficient activation of the Notch signaling pathway in vitro. Activation of Notch signaling via DLL4-Fc has been shown to drive T-lineage commitment and differentiation, including the generation of double-positive T cells and NKT cells from hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells. DLL4-Fc is therefore widely utilized as a critical component in T cell differentiation and manufacturing platforms, particularly in iPSC-T and allogeneic CAR-T workflows.

In a comparative study conducted by BrightPath Biotherapeutics Co., Ltd., NKT cell differentiation efficiency from HSPC using our DLL4-Fc samples was evaluated against various concentration conditions of our product as well as other commercially available DLL4-Fc product.As a result, our DLL4-Fc demonstrated higher differentiation performance.
